I joined Sussex Police as a PCSO in June 2007. Before that I was a fitness instructor working for local authorities teaching a variety of classes, i.e. aerobics, step and aquafit.

I decided to become a PCSO because my time as a fitness instructor made me realise how much I enjoyed working with the public and how finding just a little time to talk and listen to people can make a difference in their lives.

I look forward to meeting more and more of the people in the community I am going to work in and hopefully being able to assist them when needed...
